Yes, a deposit is required to secure your date and rental items. The deposit amount varies depending on your order total. The remaining balance is typically due on the day of the event. Contact us for specific deposit details for your rental order.

Our inflatables can be set up on grass, concrete, or pavement. Grass is preferred as it's the safest surface and easiest for staking down. We'll need adequate space and access to an electrical outlet within 100 feet of the setup area. Our team will assess the space on arrival.
